Absolute e-Business Monitor works by pooling the servers you define at regular intervals. If a connection or request fails or takes too long to complete, an error is recorded in that server's log.
You can then display a server's log as a graph, and view problems area per day, hour or minute.
After each servers in your list has been pooled, the results can be uploaded to an FTP site, updating a web page that will let you monitor the state of your servers wherever you are.
Whenever a server or sites is not responding, A.E.M. can also be configured to send you an alert E-mail message. This is useful for people on-the-go that need to be notified of problems.
