I usually don't write reievws but because other customers reievws were so helpful to me I wanted to respond in kind.When I ordered my Plasma TV from Amazon it came with 2 pairs of 3D AG-S250 glasses. After reading many of the problems with the glasses shutting down after 10 min I contacted Amazon and asked them if they could be sure to send me the new firmware model Version 0.64. I had read where the version 0.63 was having all the problems and LG came out with the Ver.0.64 to fix the problem. Well Amazon told me they would put a note in my order but couldn't guarantee that I would get them. Well I received the older model, so I sent them back with no problem and they said they would try again but they really have no contact with the warehouse's that send out the products. Again I was sent the older model. This time I contacted LG customer service and explained my problem to them. At first the gentleman I talked to said he couldn't help me but I reminded him about the warranty of their product and he went to talk to his supervisor. When he came back he told me he would send me the 2 new pair and a return label for the ones I had. At first I received only one of the new pair from them and no return label. I called them back and gave them the case number they had given me. They found me in their computer and told me they would send me the other pair which they did. I also got the free return shipping label so I could send them the older glasses. They sent me a email stating they were sorry for any problems I had and told me to contact their Swap Department if I have any questions at 1-800-243-0000 ext 2093. Hope this helps anyone that is having problems with their glasses.
